ABOUT LEMCOM
Your space.
Our next conversation.
Meet Lemcom Renovations, a home-improvement business based in Parow, Cape Town.
BUILT AROUND YOUR VISION
Good changes begin
with your ideas.
A renovation can begin with a practical need, a tired finish or an idea you have been putting off. Lemcom is here to discuss what comes next.
Our project photographs show flooring work in progress, while our Facebook updates include a completed vibracrete boundary-wall extension. Browse the work, then tell us what you would like to change in your own space.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Let’s get the
details right.
The space
Where is the property, how is it used and what would you like to improve?
The finish
Bring your photographs, references and ideas so we can discuss the result you have in mind.
The scope
Talk through the work, materials and timing so the quotation reflects your project.
Your next project
starts with a conversation.
Tell us what you have in mind. Let’s discuss the next step.
